TheBeatWizard Leasing Agreement
Effective Immediately Upon Purchase
By purchasing a beat from [TheBeatWizard], you (“Licensee”) agree to the terms outlined in this Beat Leasing Agreement with Jayfred (“Licensor”), the producer and owner of the beat(s). All beats remain the property of the Licensor.
1. License Type: Non-Exclusive Lease
The Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased beat(s) for:
– Recording songs
– Public performances
– Streaming on platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.)
– Promotional use
2. Usage Limitations
Beat(s) may be used in:
– Up to 100,000 streams across all platforms
– 1 music video
– 1 commercial release (album/EP/single)
You may not resell, sublicense, or claim ownership of the beat(s).
You must credit the producer as: “Prod. by Jayfred”
3. Ownership
The Licensor retains full ownership of the beat(s), including all underlying compositions and recordings.
This lease does not grant you exclusive rights. The same beat may be leased to other buyers.
4. Restrictions
You may not register the beat or composition with any copyright organization (e.g. BMI, ASCAP, PRS) without a full license.
No unlawful, hateful, or defamatory use is permitted.
5.Term
This lease remains valid for 2 years from the date of purchase or until streaming limits are reached — whichever comes first.
You may renew or upgrade to a full license at any time.
